I have been a Board Certified and State Licensed Massage Therapist since 2007.  I am a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist, Sports Massage Therapist, and CORE Myofascial Therapist specializing in pain relief and sports performance.

I use a combination of Neuromuscular Therapy, CORE Myofascial Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, muscle energy techniques, and hydrotherapy to meet each client’s individual needs.
